The latest update:

Hi Andy: We are conducting our final environmental survey. This should be complete at the end of Dec. Then we will apply for a permit revision with the City. If all goes well the City could make a decision by March 2009. It will take about 18 months to design and build from that point.

The project is currently on hold while still another study is conducted. Patience is a virtue...

This at one point was going to be like a 1 year study. Guess we should not complain about a few months. Eventually this WILL happen.
