The latest update: <BR> <BR>Hi Andy: We are conducting our final environmental survey. This should be complete at the end of Dec. Then we will apply for a permit revision with the City. If all goes well the City could make a decision by March 2009. It will take about 18 months to design and build from that point. <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Hope that helps.
