I know the shape to make the u-turn in (sort of going up and down the p) but how do you change your speed? I've never really had any complaints about my speed, and a lot of riders seem to enjoy going outside the turn to pick up the extra speed boost.

Usually i've tried to watch the rider and depending on where they are, keep it such that they're going about the same speed. So i slow down if they're on the outside and speed up if on the inside.

Thanks!

Depends on how advanced your rider is. If you are simply turning around and they are a rookie, have them stay between the wakes (or on the outside of the turn) and drive around at a slightly slower speed. (Manually if you have Perfect Pass.)

Optional: Just before your rider hits the rollers/wakes, slow a bit to help them go through them and coach the rider to use their knees to absorb the bumps.

Perfect Pass loves to speed up fast on turn arounds, I wish I could do them manually. Without PP I speed up enough to keep the rider at the same speed, or to aid in their whip, if they do it. However, if you whip the rider be sure to hold your speed up a little longer after the turn so the rider doesn't end up beside the boat with a lot of slack in the line.

Kyle - I'm impressed that you are still holding the handle!

Billy - my boat won't go that fast what should I do. Maybe I need a go fast boat for wake boarding?

I always just let the Perfect Pass keep the speed nearly constant. The rider can choose to move inside for a slower turn, behind the boat for normal speed, or take the whip for a wild ride!
