At what temp do you break out the wet/dry suit

We rode yesterday early morning. Air temp was 60 and water was 62. We are still trunking it but saw others with drysuits. What is your preference?

Hey Dan, was that you with the black and white x2 at saguaro yesterday? I was driving the yellow sanger. One of the guys wore the dry suit his first set but trunked it his second set, the other guys wore drysuits both times. I still cant ride until Feb due to the ACL surgery. I noticed there was only two of you on the boat, if you need a third for driving let me know. I live out in Queen Creek.

Same here, we started out in wetsuits and drysuits but switched to trunks, at least the guys with drysuits did...

Steve, yea that was us in the X2. Sorry to hear about the ACL. At least you are still at the lake. We tried everything short of kidnapping neighbor kid for a third. You are definitely welcome to ride with us anytime.

I have yet to bust out the drysuit as I don't own one. So I'm out in water temps in the low 50's (wouldn't surprise me in the spring if they were high 40's) in a full wetsuit.

another month and im gonna skip from the spring suit to the dry suit, my full suit is rather constricting, i let someone else on the boat deal with it
