I'm new to AZ and looks like I can ride year round. How do you get around winterizing when temp drop below freezing? Thanks!

Since I'm from Florida, I have no experience with winterizing a boat, but I have read where some in areas that freeze, but not too much, put a light in the engine compartment to keep it just above freezing on cold nights. Maybe someone else with experience can say for sure.....

Where are you in Arizona? If you are in the Phoenix Valley, you shouldn't have to worry about it. I have been here 10 years and have not winterized once. My boat, when I have a boat, is usually stored outside under my carport. I know that a ton of boats are left outside un-winterized on lifts and in slips. It just doesn't get that cold if you are in the immediate Phoenix Valley. Check out the average temps here on wikipedia...

the only problem in az about sittin your boat over the winter is the fuel. either drain it all out or run ave gas threw it so you dont clog any fuel injectors or or gum up the inside of you carb.

That's only if you are not using it every weekend!
