So against my better judgement we launced out of Orwood today, Sunday. The ramp was busy and there people lagging. So my buddy backs me in and I am trying to snug up to the dock because of other boats. Now I have launched out of Orwood many times and I find it strange how I never saw the 3 inches of rusty pipe sticking out of the dock before. To make a short story long, as I am slowly pulling along the dock, I put a good 3 inch long scratch in my gelcoat before some guy starts yelling at me to watch out. So does anybody have a gelcoat repair guy in the East Bay?

Try Pro Fiberglass in Livermore. They did an excellent job on my Ranger Bass boat and I would recommend everyone whom needs a repair to call them. They'll take the time and explain the whole gel coat process that's involved in a repair.

Smooth As Glass in Riverbank. A little bit of a drive for you, but top notch work.

what i have seen from pro fiberglass is top notch and my buddy couldn't be happier because he had the platform on his day cruiser done and got money off because the dude wasn't completly happy with how it came out. we can't tell a difference between what was filled in and original
