I am looking for a warm drysuit with a neoprene neck. I have a Bare bag suit & do not like the latex seal on the neck or cuffs. I would prefer a warm suit since the water is only getting colder up here in New England. I see that Bare has a Tech Dry suit with neo neck cuff but I don't know if the 3mm bottom will be warm enough. Does the bottom get wet like a regular wetsuit & only the top is dry?

Why not an O'neill Boost?? It has everything you desire.

Actually I think the Boost has latex cuffs. I assume by "warm" suit and your description you're referring to a dry neo suit?

Bare Tech Dry is good. The bottom stays dry, I used one in Vancouver in January so no worries on that part. Keeps you plenty warm.
I couldn't stand the latex necks either so this was nice.

I guess the problem with the Boost is the sizing, won't fit me. It looks like the Bare Tech is a nice suit, just a little thinner then the Polar.

Joe H, the first sentence in the thread asks about a dry suit with a neoprene neck, Boost has one.

I like the Sahara Drysuit by Ski Warm. You will not be able to beat their service department!

I ended up ordering the Bare Polarheat even though it has latex cuffs & neck. Looks lik eit was the warmest suit & I would rather the warmth over anything else.
