To all of you that have a problem with spelling like I do. I am a college graduate, however, when in a rush I misspell everything. Here is the Fix: Log onto Wake World, select Edit Profile, click on PREFERENCES and check the box that says "SPELL CHECK you posts". It will make reading post much easier in the future.

DaveW, IMO, it would be nice if spell checks were ON by default.

It's all the young-uns who think they're still texting their pals and old folks like me can't understand a bit of it. If I see gibberish in the post, I skip it... My time is more valuable than that. I can still look busy at work and keep a browser open for WW. HAHAHA

I misspell a lot on here but I am like Chuck in that when I am at work I try to write fast in between jobs.

Cheeseman, I know you are a college graduate but because you were on a Jock scholarship I let your spelling slide

It is the default. New users have to go into their profile and turn off the spell check if they don't want to use it. You have to put some effort into being lazy!

I know this is totally being a bugger but isnt it "YOUR posts", not "you posts"?

....."SPELL CHECK you posts". It will make reading post much easier in the future

I think the spell check is very nice because I'm too dumb to spell things right the first time, so mine always has to be on.

I transpose letters all the time, and my spell check is on. why is it not picking them up?

Here's a question I have: why is it that people--even the thoroughly educated--can't remember whether to use "there", "their" or "they're" whenever they write online? (The same goes for "your" and "you're"). It's NOT hard.

Sorry to sound like an ass, but this really annoys me :-) (I notice "two","too" and "to" as well :-))

Now, if we could only get a grammar and spelling context check, we'd be golden! Posts vs post, they're vs their. Kidding, kidding, kidding.

AAhhhh. The shame. But it is good to see people still care about this. I double checked this time for grammar errors and I thunk I done good.
