05' Mobius 3 bag ballast system???????

How much weight is the factory 3 bag ballast system in an 05' Moomba Mobius.

The front bag is 400 lbs and the two side engine bags are 277 lbs each. 954 lbs total.

What are the options for increasing this in the rear. I will be adding lead type bags in the bow but would like to get larger bags for the rear. What do you recommend?

I have a 500 lbs. sac on each side of the engine compartment in my '04 LSV. Fits no problem. You need to put lead in the bow to balance it out though. Otherwise the nose will be too high.

jchamlee has the right idea. You have to balance the weight in the LSV since it is such a small v-drive. 500-600 lbs in the rear plus some lead or a smaller sack in the bow. I have ridden with two 650 lb sacks on either side of the engine, stock front ski locker ballast (400 lbs) and a 500 lb sack in the bow seats. The wake was killer but it took up seating in the bow.

my 06 has 600 up front and 350 on each side in the rear could get 600 on rear sides if ya want but I'm not sure how big the one up front is if you upgrade

Go to www.fatsac.com. Fly high makes custom sacks and also make a 550 lb that would work.
