I just got my '02 Parks replaced with 2003s. There was a defect in the mold for the 2002 and 2003 size larges. My large '02 ripped pretty bad and the '03 larges are having the same problem. I got my '02s replaced with '03 medium larges. I love the '03s so far. They feel like they have so much more support.

To bad there's no warranty on that acl.

I've never paid that much attention to the threads regarding Hyperlite honoring warranties....but now I have a problem.

In April of '02, I bought a board with Spins on it.

This past Saturday morning, as I pulled the board out of the hatch, I noticed that the binding is ripped right where it goes into the clamp that allows you to adjust the tightness of the binding.

I boarded with it all weekend anyway, but I can tell it won't be much longer before the back one rips.

My question is.......Is it still under warranty, and if so, should I handle it directly with Hyperlite or should I go thru the dealer\shop that I bought it from?

If it has a 1 year warranty.......what are my other options....If any?

Thanks.....
