I wanted to give a thanks to Gary at Classic Craft in Sacramento, CA for doing a great job repairing my gelcoat chip in my lower hull of my Malibu. We had a mishap at the dock loading the boat last week. Gary delivered a nice product, on time and was much more reasonably priced than another local shop I visited. He also kept my boat stored inside while being repaired. If you are ever in need of any gel repair, please visit Gary Keaton at Classic Craft, 916-383-2150

Here is a pic before and after repair, chip was about 2 1/2" long by 1/2" wide.

That guy is top notch! He repaired some gel on my centurion last summer. Not only was he quick, but you couldn't even tell the spot that was repaired. He had to show me again where the repair was, because I was about a foot off haha.
Great pricing, and great guy. We sat and bs'd for a while, he's also a dealer for collinite btw.
Big +1 for them from me as well. Glad you found them!

You hope you never have to find a good gel shop, but when you need one it's nice to have a great option. He was a 1/3 of the cost of the first shop I went to for an estimate. Just a really great guy, has been in the business for 40 years.

What does repair like that run? Future father-in-law hit forward instead of reverse pullin up to the dock and rammed it, took out a nice chunk of gel coat.. Was gonna do the repair myself, but thus sop isnt too far from me and if its reasonable enough I will just drop the boat off...
