2008 Hyperlite Murray

Just wondering if anyone out there can tell me how the 2008 murray board rides? I am currently riding the 06 murray 138 and am looking at the 08 murray either 135 or 140 any suggestions to which way i should go?

Own it..Love it..it's my favorite board of all time. Much different than anything from the past. check out the bottom design....totally different. Not only is the board really light....It rides light as well. where some boards feel light holdng on to them outta the water. this actually feels light gliding thru the water. AWESOME board!

scott would you say ride up as in the 140 or ride smaller (135)?

How much do you weigh?
How tall are you, do you ride with a wide stance?

ia m 6 1 but have short legs on the 138 i have it at the widest stance. i weigh between 190 and 200 but according to my weight i shouldnt be riding the 138. I find the 138 supports me well and looking at the numbers on the 135 it has more surface area than my 138.

I would go with the 140. I am 5' 7" 162lbs. wide stance. I have not been on the 135...so I can not make a comparison. but I do like the control of the 140 and the landings are very nice. A shorter board, you might comprimise your landings a bit. But that is a guess at best. maybe PM Shaun Murray. He will respond back. It is all personal preference I think. Murray and Nunn are about the same stature...Murray rides a 135 and Nunn rides a 142 and they both kill it on the water. Most shops will let you try before you buy. check them both out if you can.
