What is the weather like and how is the lake water level?

Today is light rain, no wind, water is mid 70's at full level. Rain is supposed to go away overnight.

I live in Tennessee about 45 Mins from Acworth and the Weather is sub-par. This weekend is suppose to be nice and warm. I have been riding here for the past couple of weeks with out a suit. Although we the sun goes in a top is nice.

New forcast for Friday is 35% chance of thunderstorms, high og 68, light winds. Saturday sunny 78, winds 10 - 15. Sunday afternoon rain high of 75. Could be a tough weekend.

Gordie,

Acworth to Gravity Research is about 3 hours unless you have bad traffic through Atlanta.

GRC is near Eastman GA. I've never been there but it would probably take about 2.5 hours to get there.

By the way, the weather right now (5 pm) is light rain (on the north end of the lake where I'm at). It is supposed to be partly cloudy tomorrow and be sunny over the weekend but it is going to be windy and it looks like the wind is coming from the west and north west and since the tour is riding on the east shore the chop may be pretty bad but I guess that is better than chop and rain .

The weather has cleared this morning (Friday) and I just drove by the lake. Not much wind at the moment and the lake looks clean and buttery.

180's and wake jumps will get you transferred to the next round. That is if you can hang on. Not really a qualifier no one in the later rounds could even hope for a real pass. Pro men falling while riding straight. Tantrums and backrolls were the norm.
