Yes, There were alot of people on the levie yesterday. It was a fun time. Wakeboarding, barefootin, fast boats , jet skis, planes , they had everything in the line up.
What a great event this was on Saturday in the slew by Orwood heading towards Disco Bay. Many watersports events going on in one place. a 15 year old girl waterskied at 107 miles per hour, another women barefooted over 100 miles per hour. Raequel Hoffman almost landed a 900 (so close). A guy from S. Africa was going barefoot S-bends wake to wake about two feet off the back deck of the boat. The Patriot Jets put on an air show above the crowd. jet skiers doing complete back flips out of the water, the air chair guy was doing flips 20 feet in the air and the parachute team landing in the slew to cap it off. Four hours of this stuff to raise money for the Royal Kids Family of Contra Costa.
That was a great day on the dirty delta. We were glad to be part of it. The Hoffman sisters are always a crowd pleaser, the rest of the wakeboard crew was awesome, the Twalker's, Payton's and the Pellaton kid put on a great show. By far the best air water show in Nor. Cal.
