As we work on our new logo and apparel that we'll be selling, I'd like to get everyone's feedback on the type of clothing that YOU WOULD ACTUALLY BUY FOR YOUR OWN USE. Please don't give any opinions unless it's something you would actually purchase and wear. I just don't want to end up with a bunch of "super pimp" stuff that nobody buys. I'm all about keeping it simple, so please let me know what types and styles of clothing you'd consider purchasing. In the past we have offered tees, long sleeved tees, hoodies (no zipper), women's tanks and Flex Fit hats. What else should we add into the mix? Should we remove anything? Colors are another question. We used to do all-white merchandise, but this last time around I changed it up to navy and gray merchandise. I thought white was kind of plain, but I think it actually did better than the colored stuff. What colors do you prefer to wear? Thanks for your help!!

Long sleeve tees for sure, and hoodies with zippers. Navy blue works good for me.

I think it would be cool if you made onesies and mini tees for the little rippers. C'mon Dave, we believe children are the future!

Tank jerseys will be a custom order we do at the beginning of the year. They won't be a normal stocking item. Judging on the reaction to those in 2008, I'm confident we'll sell a lot of them!

High quality, zipped hoodies. PERIOD. I LIVE in them. Summer, before riding and after (I treat them like a towel). Fall, I do chores and chill out watching football in them. Winter, along with soft sneakers - they are post-snowboarding comfort gear. Spring, perfect time to wear one with nothing underneath. Exact perfect climate for a zipped hoodie. Rinse - repeat. Nice, zipped hoodies. Design on back & front and be original, please! Not just a logo on the chest and the same thing enlarged on the back. Go wild. High quality. Count me in. Example (just saying that stuff like this can be done): http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/freestyleshop_2079_67163841

Agreed on the shirts and onesies - we loved the shirt we had for Matthew. I prefer white and black, not big on gray or navy. I like the hoodie idea, also.

How about a Wakeworld speedo? I personally prefer plainer T's. If there is some outrageous picture on front or back or both (ie, Ed Hardy) I will not under any circumstances wear one. A long sleeve (nothing on the sleeves) with a simple logo, would be my preference.

^^^^Agreed. I am all about simplicity. I have always kept our shop tees very simple, a logo on the front and maybe a small one on the back or vice versa. The thing to keep in mind is that most will only wear them to the lake or lounging around, so there's no need for a premium type t shirt.

Agreed, if It were a small logo in the front in the middle or on the left chest and a bigger logo on the back, maybe with this years ghost or something would be pretty cool. I would rock it on the lake and out and about... Nate, let me know when you order some shirts, I def. need to buy some for me and Kathy, ya'll rock...

flexfit hats.. i like white and black.. i like the plain idea for the logo on the shirts and stuff but its too small on the front and i would move the wording on the back to run head to toe on like the side of the shirt.. just looks too cookie cutter to me..

I would agree I like the flexfit hats, long sleeve t's and short sleeve as well, but as already said the logo on the front is just to small if it was a little bigger I'd be in.

I would love some sweats A wind breaker type jacket possibly. I know when I'm on the water and it's cool out, all I have to do is get out of the wind and I'm a lot warmer, then I ride, and my jacket has been stolen by my crew because they were cold in their hoodie!

The Flex Fit 210 hats. They fit great and you dont have to order a million sizes like on the New Era hats. The 210 hats look just like new era, just flex fit.

I would purchase either kind of sweatshirt, I'm not picky. It would be great to offer some bigger sizes. The couple I bought in the past were boarderline too small and went straight to the wife/ kid after one wash. Then again, I like to eat

If you had a zip up hoodie with the furry liner in black I would buy one I lived in a volcom one. I like the seperated pocket so my cell phone does not shoot out of one side and into the lake. I think a long sleeve with wake world down one arm would be cool. Also a heater shirt would be cool if you can get them.

I think a zipped Hoodie would be pretty sweet with the WakeWorld logo rough sewn, or screen printed big across the front and split by the zipper. I would dig some sweet board shorts too. And jerseys again for sure!

Keychains are a great idea. Malibu used to have a neoprene bracelet type of keychain a while back and I've been trying to find a supplier of those ever since. I haven't seen them anywhere, but they were very cool. We'll also do cozies, of course. Who would buy a bottle cozie and how much would you pay? I know there are some expensive ones with zippers and cheap ones without bottoms, so I need to get an idea as to what you guys would want.

Don't worry. No fitted hats will be in the line. There's no way I can afford to carry multiple sizes of hats. We just don't sell that many. Same goes for some of the lined hoodie suggestions. I don't see that happening.

Boardshorts would be great! Definately in for a few of those. Some new can coozies. Mine are years old but still going strong. Always up for new shirts/hoodies, etc. You know us. Kim says to put in her vote for boy-beater girl's tanks. Not sure of colors, but she said she will take about 30 of them.

So far, this seems to be the consensus... For sure... - Tees, long-sleeve tees and hoodies in black or white. I think you're pretty split on whether or not they should be zippered. - Hats - Flex Fit with logo - Women's top (boy beater or spaghetti tank) - Beanies - black with logo - Baby/infant onesies and tees - Cozies - multiple colors with logo - Stickers - die cut logo - Floating keychain - Rider down flag Possibly... - Boardshorts - Sweat pants - Rash guard - Bottle opener - Bottle cozies - Towel Am I missing anything? Are black and white on all the clothing going to make everyone happy?

simple colors. No bright green or rasta(no offense) I like zipper hoodies, but it is not a deal breaker. Flex fit hats are pimp. I like the "new era style" flex fits ie. the taller fronts and straight bills. I know it is all add space, but I do not pimp gear with .com on it. looks like free give out stuff to me. WakeWorld is enough with a logo better. MORE JERSEYS.

+1 to no gear with .com on it. looks like i got it as a hand out and if im paying for something i dont want it to look like that. i like zip but could do pull over hoodies, is there a chance to just having both since theres a huge response for both? imo i dont want a black hoodie with the ww logo on the left chest. to plain and boring to me, want something a little more eye grabbing
