Clif designs audio equipment?

Has anyone here ever used Clif Designs audio equipment. It looks to be pretty quality stuff but I've never had any experience with it. I'm looking at one of their subs. Plus they back their stuff with a 5 year warranty, not sure if that's because it's that good or that bad. Please educate me on their stuff.

used to sell it. Had good luck with it. The subs sounded good and handled quite a bit of abuse.
