Let me share a few recommendations for propping your boat to get the best wake. We had a 1999 Cobalt I/O and my kids all learned to wakeboard behind it. Your best bet is a four blade aluminum prop. I tried them all (four blade stainless, three blade props in every configuration, etc.) The most economical and best performing was a four blade aluminum. You may also want to try some type of cavitation plate attached to the outdrive. This will help you maintain wakeboard speed and still stay on plane. You'll see what I mean after trying to hold the right speed for a few sets. Use your outdrive trim to sink and raise the back of the boat- a great wake adjuster. Have Fun!

i had a four winns as my first too. i sacked the hell out of it(2000 lbs) but the wake was pretty good. reprop it(i used the cheap plastic props and never had a problem) and you be set.

Rick-Thanks for strengthening the I/O contingent! We tried to get a tower that would work for our existing bimini and it didn't work- our bimini mounts were outside the wind shield as yours are. Maybe you can find one but don't get your hopes up.
I talked to the owner of Loud Liquid (Sacramento) and he offers a tower bimini that isn't too much, we're thinking of that as well...

Rick, I have a Glastron sx195 installed a monster tower and attached the existing Bimini to the tower using some custom mounting brackets.

It works Great ton of shade, tons of head room, looked kind of Funky 2 years ago, but now I see lots of boats with the Bimini above the tower.

Chris, the tower looks good. I wish my bimini was above the tower the way newer style towers are now, creates so much more head room. Looks good.

Moomba makes a bimini top that connects to the tower called forward bimini...idk where to find pictures of it. but idk...if youre asking for headroom, Im 6'2" and i can walk under it standing straight up...maybe you try to find one of those. :]
