How is the rough water ride in the mastercraft prostar 205? My brother in law owned a prostar 190 and in rough water I felt like my rib cage was rattling loose. Is the 205 better or about the same.

The other boats I was trying to figure out for rough water are the malibu sunsetter and the sport nautique.
Thank you

The 205 is terrible! How much money are you going to be able to free up by selling the Sanger and buying something else?

It will be better than the 190 for sure, but not that much better. Its a deeper hull, but still 3 event AWSA certified, so it doesnt' really have that deep of a hull.

Hey darrten,
It rips my heart out to sell my sanger, but it will help us quite a bit financially since my wife is not working. (long story).
I cannot live without a boat though. I am looking at the dlx, sport nautique, sunsetter, or i guess not the MC now...finding a sunset that is not a response or sport hull is difficult though. I need something that rides better in rougher water.

I am about to import myself a Nauti '86 2001 as a project boat. They have a great rep and are cheap!
