anyone heading out to the river this weekend? by dicovery park.I heard that their is going to be a party in the american river I also heard that pimp my boat was going to be out their.

Water will be the highest, brownest and most filled with debris it's been all year. You could supply yourself with firewood for a year with what is going by every 60 seconds. The air temps will be nice though.

I just go back from a run which turned into a swim in Disco Park. The hole park is flooded. The start of the ramp is under about 4 feet of water and you can almost walk across the river there is so much crap in the water. I would say stay away from the river this weekend. (and no I am not trying to get all the good water for myself.)
