Replacing the stock Bazooka sub in my Malibu

I want to replace it because I'm sure it's either a POS or it's just old and kind of blown.

However, I'm not looking forward to having to re-wire anything. I'm just lazy.

Any suggestions for a replacement where I could either use the existing connections, or cut them off and put new ones on. It's a powered sub.

Not sure what model, but it's the one that came in the 1997 Malibus.
