California Skier rules

California Skier has the best service department. They are always busy, and every time I need something fixed at Elsinore, they stop what they're doing and help me get on the water. Today, I busted the trailer wench, Jeremy stopped what he was doing and put a new wench on my trailer-under warranty. Each time I bust something, they are on it. Jeremy has come out to the lake to get me back on the water. Brent and the crew are very service oriented. I am glad I bought a Mastercraft from California Skier

I had a similar experience at Shasta a couple of years ago in my buddy's nautique.

He was towing the boys around and his nautique would not start. It was very hot out that day. He had just purchased the boat about two months earlier. He got towed to Sugarloaf resort, and the mechanic came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He would not take any money from us until we forced a 20 on him.

Turned out the little red button on the back side of the engine had popped. One push and he was on his way. The same problem has happened to him a few times since, and now he knows how to fix it.
