Ok so I was a little disappointed when I dropped some serious cash on a brand new HL wakesurf board from board co. and I get it from UPS and the nose and tail are smashed and there are three huge slashes on the board. Now I can maybe understand that the smashed nose and tail were UPS's fault, OR Board Co. didnt pack it well enough but there was no excuse for the slashes on the board, I know Board Co. saw these 'factory defects' yet they still shipped it out. Well, I returned it and got my money back, ends up they dont have anymore in stock.....makes you wonder if they never had any in stock and just felt like shipping me the messed up one... All in all I would have had no problem with this little incedent except that later when I tried to order a vapor vest they call me two & a half days later to tell me they do not have the color I ordered and they can send me a pink on black or a black on black, I said black on black, they off course send pink on black.... Its not the way Board Co. has screwed up my orders, its that they have done it 100% of the time....I mean seriously is it that hard. Not to mention they were very rude on the phone and offered no appologies or compensations for their mistakes or poor customer services. In conclusion I ordered some CWB Factions from wakeside.com and have had absolutly no problems.
