hello fellow wakeworlders. the tige i am riding on is currently having a steering problem. it went from steering real easy and smooth to where now it seems like you have to yank it as hard as possible to turn the wheel. the boat is a 21V 2004. any info is appreciated.

Take it back to Tige. Tige’s come with a great warranties. 3 years on the engine and other mechanical stuff 5 years on vinyl Lifetime on gages and hull.
But on another note, my 04 Tige has already had its cable replaced
replace the steering cable. Water will seep (sp?) into the outer sheath and corrode the cable inside making it very difficult to turn. If it's a 2004 it should still be covered by warranty.
I was told that after a day on the water make sure the bilge is dry and turn the wheel so that the steering cable is retracted all the way inside the housing. This will make the cable last longer
