Hey, what up everyone,
I recently made a blalance board, and I love to mess around on it in my down time. and I hope it will help with my balance,....so I was thinking, I once saw a board set on a wood platform that would spin on a vertical axis doing 360's ect. I want to make something like this to play with, but I am not sure how to make it, Anyone know how? or have any ideas? Or know of any other fun training tools?

preferably, I would like it to be able to spin, and lean in all directions, so it is kinda like a balance board that spins.

thanks

are you talking about the "spin machine" at west coast camps????

its pretty easy to make. plywood base, lazy susan(if you can find a heavier duty one it would be good cuz you put a lot of stress on it) a wakeboard type board(skate deck or plywood cut to the right shaoe). that makes the basic machine then you get a pulley, rope and some weights and use it to practice your handle passes. I made one its not that hard to do. I'll send you pics if your interested.
