Looking for a good coach in SoCal. I am a weekend warriar at Elsinore. I have totally plataued. I want to step up my riding. Can anyone recommend a good instructor and what they charge per session?
i don't know what he charges, but chris williams is a semi-pro hyperlite rider and a great easy-going guy to work with. he's on the board here and his profile has his contact email:
steve, the manager at sports ltd is another instructor, he does lessons usually at castaic with his pimped 2003 wakesetter vlx. he knows his stuff pretty good, give him a call at (818) 225-7669
yea but steve isnt the greatest person to deal with. he gives people the run-around. i would stick with chris williams. hes the most underated rider there is out there and he loves to teach people how to wakeboard. its not jus about the money for him. he actually will go out and ride and not jus sit and the boat and pretend to know how to ride.
Cheryl Newton is an excellent coach. She is a pro tour rider and co-president of the CLWC. Please check http://www.wakeboardclub.com for her contact information.
