It will depend on the replacement cost of your new boat and the amount of coverage you want. I carry 300K for just under $400 per year with a 2001-21V.

Average is about $100 insurance per $10,000 boat value. Will vary depending on months of coverage, driving record (yes driving) of owners, insurance claim record.
