JB - Whats your rope set up when filming these raw sections? I see the hangers, but more importantly, I'm guessing you are 5 feet longer but also tied to the back of the boat and not the tower. Correct?

JB thanks for putting out so much content and keeping it fresh. It's alot of work to film and chop together all of these edits, and I really enjoy them, so thank you.
I just wanted to bring up the video where you are answering viewer questions.... You said that many of the "pros" everyone knows and loves are making $0 from wakeboarding?
98% of riders making $0 ....
I'm guessing if you have your own pro model you would get paid off of that, right? But there are a lot of "pros" who have a "Signature Model" and end up leaving a company.
Does this sound bizarre to anyone else?
I guess what I'm asking is, are the majority of riders just straight up getting screwed by the board companies during negotiations? It seems like $600+ setups would leave alot of room for profit.
I know you can't speak for every "pro" rider out there, but damn ...

I cant speak for every rider, but there are thousands of riders who are self proclaimed "PRO".
(cable wakeboarding has gotten massive)
I don't think board companies are screwing anyone over, there is just only so many riders that could turn a positive ROI.
I would imagine riding cable would be a lot easier to go positive every year, where riding boat and taking 3 sets a day, burning 6 cans of fuel a day would be pretty rough.
I would think most riders with pro model boards are doing well. and if they did end up leaving a company, maybe they got a deal elsewhere or there was something behind the scenes that went down I would guess.
I don't know everyones deal nor do I ask. I may be incorrect with everything I have said, but the people asked so I answered with the knowledge I think to be true.
Cool stuff dude, the raw clips are sick. I thought the viewer question video was cool too. As far as pros and stuff go, at the end of the day most people are just trying to strap in more often. there are infinite ways to do to do it, you can: become a cable rat / give boat lessons for free gas/ working half a year then bounce around to 3rd worlds countries on the cheap / building your own backyard cable / throw consistent hammers at the pwt. Jb’s coverage show you a little of everything.
