Run, softball, racquetball, hike, workout(incorporate balance into all exercises), soccer, bike, surf, snowboard, rock climb, golf and pretty much anything else that seems like it might be fun.

Anything on a board, also did an olympic triathalon last summer. The triathalon was way too much work, boardsports are 100% fun, a great workout and you don't even know you're getting one. Also, triathalon types are way too weird for me.

Working out w/ cardio, Indo board, Trampoline. But if its nice, I try to spend as much time on the water as possible during the winter

I do a LOT of stretching in every area....like painful and very akward stretches, especially legs and knees, a ton of push ups, and lot's of situps, some tramp, and a lot of skateboarding. I do those things every week pretty much year round.
