We are currently making the switch to a v-drive/wakeboarding boat from a Four Winns-inboard/outboard. We have a Calabria in our driveway - is it normal for the tower speakers to be in the way - ouch - just hit my head!! They seem low. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I always hit my head on mine, but they go from one side of the tower to the other. From the look of your set-up, it looks like it would be easy to move the speakers towards the outsides of the tower. Just a thought...

Move them all the way to the outsides of the tower as far as they will go, then add 2 more so you can hear them.

I say bend lower then the shade top . Just playing, the speakers seem to hang lower the bigger they get! Outside is the key, over the driver and passenger seat.

Depending on how far you move them out, and how much the tweeters stick outside the tower...I would put the tweeters pointing the inside of the boat. I have seen on a few occasions where the rope has caught on the tweeters and ripped them off if they were pointing toward the outside of the boat.
