I just finished peeling the decals off. I learned that using a hair dryer actually made it harder to peel--- It came off in two layers--so on the other side I used no heat and it came off much easier.
Have you been out on the lake in it? I wonder if it'll suck at dusk to look through that windshield. Living in Seattle, we're not always blessed with sunshine...if you only ride on sunny days you won't be much of a wakeboarder here lol
Thanks for the comments. The tint (20%) is deceiving. It's really not even close to that dark when we're riding (from the driver's perspective), although at night I have to use the booster seat to really see over the windshield at night. ---Tyler, it hasen't been waxed for over a year--it was just really sunny this morning when I took this shot.
J Beranamo---It was about 90 degrees when I took them off. I just started the peel w/a 99 cent plastic putty knife and pulled slowly. Then I used Goo Gone to clean up the residual adhesive etc. I still need to buff out the sides to hide the evidence of a sticker having been there.
Nice. There is something about black and white boats and tinted windows that just looks sick together. 20% is the second darkest. I was thinking 35% for mine.
