Beaches near B&W/Rio Vista area

Howdy...heading up to the Delta on Sunday and since we'll have the kids with us so we need to avoid the whole ski beach/lost isle scene. Anyone know of good places to hang out near B&W/Tower Park area? Would to find a place to dump the kids off the boats and take wakeboard runs from there. Somebody mentioned Hogback but not sure he's a trusted source? Thanks for the help.

i've seen people hangin out and boats beached at the south mokulmne.

Thanks Joe...whereabouts on the south mokolumne? Can you give me any other landmarks or descriptions?
