Want a new board..Ocean board?

I'm looking for a new type of board, my land lock is just not cutting it. I like surfstyle and was wondering if any one is using a shorty board behind their boat. And anyone have a good place to buy a shorty via the internet? I live in the midwest, and there are no surfshops around here! Thanks
