I got a pair of 04 LF Ultra's size medium last year and had some problems with them. When they were brand new, it took my about 5 minutes to get them on and off and after a couple falls, my feet would get numb and really hurt. So i put baseballs in them, and shaving cream cans, and it helped a little toward the end of the season. I also loosened the overlays. But im wondering if i got size L ultras would that help or would they be too big? I wear size 8-8.5 in mens shoes and 9-9.5 in womens..I was also thinkin about getting all new bindings before the summer. If i got different ones, would i stay with Mediums and hope it was just the ultras that hurt, or get Larges in other bindings too??

you just might not have the right shaped foot for the ultras. I have a size 10 and I bought some '04 Larges, and they were absolutely perfect. The mediums should fit you just fine.

I don't have the Ultras anymore. I replaced them with transits. Get some transits, they're much more responsive.
