Who is Derek Cook? is he any good? Where did he come from?

He is good. He's from the Morgan Hill area I think. You can see him in Delta Sessions. He rode a Double Up prior to Crown, and a Funded Tech board, prior to that.

My roommate just got a Flame 142, he usually rides smaller boards but said it was a really good ride, lands soft and overall he liked it a bunch.

I got a chance on the King about a month ago and it was pretty sweet. You should really like it sac deep, if you havnt already rode it.

Derek Cook is a very styly rider. He does ticks with a lot of flare. I think his batwings are the best anywhere. He is very fun to watch because he has a lot of fun riding.

You can watch www.westsideconnection for his pics and videos all summer. He will have a full section in DS2. I picked him as rookie of the year last year as he learned more in one season than anybody I have ever seen. Always smiling and always learning!

We just got one in at the shop the other day and its pretty sweet. I bet they will be good sellers for us.
