you guys are wwwwaaaayy too kind... it was a great day with bug & clubjoe...we got super lucky on the weather & water.... i didnt get to jump the wake due to a bad knee but all i did was move the bags from the locker to the removeable rear seat area (1 st time running about 2300 lbs) btw, the "BEST" wake i have seen or ridden in jeff frews 210 ( big and ultra clean !!!) and kevin (aka striking python) x-star( smooth & big !!!) would really want to try the original setup of 1600 lbs: -160 lbs of pop lead bags in each locker along the engine side -400 lbs of lead up in the nose -stock ballast of 750 lbs - 3 pop lead bags to move around.. is there such a thing as too much weight ???

Oh......Mike's taking out his frustration though. All with that friendly smile of his ...... (Myke)- "Ok Bug, I'm gonna ad just a little weight in the back" (the top bag) (Bug in the water) "No Mike, Stop! The boat's taking on water as it is!! (I'm watching helplessly....) (Myke, still smiling and filling)-"just a little more" (Bug sobbing uncontrollably) "Mike, I'm sorry!! I'm SORRY!! Whatever I did I'm SORRRYY" (And I knew.... -I- was next......) But then, we saw the wake.....and everything was allll-right..Get better quick, Myke. You're gonna love that thing!!!

as much as you may think Clubjoeskier is kidding... he's not. I was really in the water on my 1st run and when I crashed mike was like "we need more weight". So I'm sitting in the water, cold, and mike was saying "just a little more". When I got back in the boat.... see pic above. Clubmyke ~ thanks for the great day, wake, and company. YOU ROCK!

Is there such a thing as too much weight, asks Mike? Alright, I'll weigh in, respectfully, of course. Yes! I've seen riders with excellent technique put the bottom of their board just below the tower behind my 210, standard ballast (900#), on salt water. Seems like some riders can just "jam" their back foot down (like ollying a skateboard) as they hit the wake which sends them up plenty high, then, usually, down the other wake. Looks kinda like vert ramp skating style. Low impact, too, using the other wake as a landing ramp.

Clubmyke - Have any wake pics ? Hey Steve - You should talk to Frew and find out what he's loading his 210 with. Jeffs wake is the best I've ever ridden. P.S. - If your coming up to Elsi any time soon can a mooch a pull, it's been forever.

Frew weighs his boat with about 1800lbs. and yes it is a very nice wake. I personaly like Troy's 210 setup beter. He puts more weight in the rear and runs about the same weight.

Ant, the more weight you put in the back of the 210's and Super Airs the wake gets a nice lip that kicks ya to the moon.
