Volunteers Needed! INT Southern California

We're finally getting our contest schedule together for INT So Cal events. Event dates should be final by next week, so now I'm looking for some volunteers! INT is 100% volunteers, and we can use your help! My immediate needs is to find someone to help me with putting together our event guide and mailers. I'll also need some volunteers on contest day to help with dock starting, judging, driving ect....

Thanks for the offers! First event will be mid May-(for the record, we will not have any conflicts with Canyon Lake events). I'm looking to have one event a month from May till September. I'll post our schedule next week

I need anyone and everyone that wants to help, by the way. You don't have to be an advanced rider, or even ride at all! We'll need people to help with registration, handling ropes, dock starters, and I can teach you if you have no idea what to do! What better way to meet new people with similar passions......

Jeff, while It is still being determined If i'll stay in socal this summer, I'll help out if...assuming I'm here...I can do everything...I'd like to ride in intermediate too.

Jeff, Are you having any events at Ski West Viilage in Arvin?

Possibly a contest or two around Arvin, but not Ski West. Still working details on that one....US Championships for INT will be at Ski West this year once again.

Jeff, We are owners at Ski West and I know the board of directors was working on having some local region events this year but have not heard yet weather they were on or not.
We are currently in the process of digging out the lakes and upgrading them, It has been a real challenge to drain and dry them out this year but when done they will be nice. We will have all new docks, 7' deep, sand shores and blue water.

I heard the lakes were drained for digging them out. I heard the're going to be a little wider as well! I know we're looking forward to the USC there this year-

I'm working with Bill Galli from the Arvin area on a few contests in that area, but I'm still finalizing plans for our events further south. Hopefully I can get up to Bakerfield area in a few weeks to see what we can plan
