if you go to www.floridawakeboarding.com and click on lakes they list out all the lakes in the state organized by county (I think) if you have a hard time locating it let me know.

You should try Lake Osborne in Lantana just west of I-95 by 10th street exit. Also known as John Prince park. The ramp is excellent.... Also you can check out Okeeheelee park in Palm Beach by the Florida turnpike off of Forrest Hills Blvd. You need to register your boat with the recreation department before you can ride there.

I go to lake okeeheelee every now and then to ride. It's nice cause it's only a short drive from my house but the course is pretty darn short, and they put the stupid ski jump on the same part your allowed to wakeboard on and it's not in the middle so you're basically only able to use half of the lake so it makes it a lil more choppy than it would be if you could use the whole lake. If you wanna just ride a guick set or two it's nice but if you're planning to spend the whole day on the boat then you should prob go to lake osborne I haven't been there yet butI heard it's pretty nice.

Andrew, if you don't have a boat then you need to get to Rixen. Cable riding is loads of fun.

about the cable riding, about how are the rates for riding, do they change much or at all for the different seasons, it being Fl it's not too much of a change in weather but I have no clue thats why I'm asking . Oh and another question about the rails and sliders do they have a sort of beginner course or do you just have to go for it, do they have people that could help you out with them it was your first time??? thanx in advance!

There is no beginner course for sliders. The people are usually friendly enough to offer advise. Other than that you just go for it.

I rode there earlier this year in the CableTour and they had 1 kicker, 2 ramps, a pipe slider, and a baby Dragon. What happened?
