Any good?I have a buddy with a 1000 watt 2 ch amp for 200 bucks, and I was thinking about getting it.I was gonna use it on those tower speakers that Monster Tower sells(the bigger ones).

I have an amp that runs my sub and my 2 speakers in the boat, but I was thinking about adding 2 more in the backseat.Should I get a 4 ch instead?

Rich,
My brother-in-law is running that amp in his truck and says it rocks. Im probably going to pick one up myself for my boat. Your best bet is ebay, he picked his up for $100.00 buy it now. Im keeping my eyes peeled.

I have a 720 or 750, I don't remember exacly which it is, but I use the amp to push my subs and it works pretty well. It should do fine with regular speakers.

I'm using a Sony 2 x 150 to run my tower speakers. Works great. I didn't want to drop a load on equipment that spends a great deal of time in the middle of a lake. Most equipment that you see fried is ruined by idiots who crank it up "way past 11"...

I was running a Sony 4 channel amp, 2 channels for the tower speakers, 2 channels for the sub. For the price, it worked just fine until it got stolen.

I run the same set up as Richard. Not my first choice but I buy direct from Sony becasue a fiend works there so it justified the X-plode stuff. I'm about to pick up another amp because I want to seprate the tower from the sub. E-mail me if you are not in a hurry and maybe I can get two. I think I paid $115 for around 1000 watts.

I had an Xplode 600W amp, sub and 6x9's on my last boat, and got them all on eBay at great deals. The system sounded great overall but certainly not to the level of some of the incredible systems posted here.
