Has anyone ridden this board yet? I had a 2012 modello that I liked but it was a bit slow for me. I heard they completely reshaped the 2015 ronix one and its supposed to be faster. I had to spend some shop credit and picked up a brand new 2015 timebomb 138 ($599), but didn't know if I should try to sell it quick for around $500 or keep it and ride it? Any info would be great. Thanks

Hey Adam, I'm debating between this board, the William and the Code 22. I've been riding a 2012 Timebomb for a few years and its great, just time for a change.
Any feedback on the new Ronix one would be great, but it seems like this site has a lot less info/threads about boards and such and a lot more on new boats....... and surfing. If this was a surf board thread, it would probably get a lot more replies.

Very true. Seems like less and less wakeboarders these days. I think ill keep my other board for one more season and sell this one. Id take $450 shipped for it. It retails for $599.

I rode the Timebomb in 2012 and then switched to the bill/william shape. I haven't ridden the new time bomb, but it would take a crowbar to get me off my William.
I really liked the code too, but the William fit me best. IMO, the William allows for more dynamic approaches/edging and the code does best with a steady, progressive arch.

Any other reviews on this? I've been on a 2013 One ATR the past 2 seasons and love it. Wondering if its worth upgrading. One feature I noticed the 2015 doesn't have is the surf rail between the bindings. Wondering what that will feel like. I liked that feature

Adam, have you tried riding the board to see if you might like it? If you're going to try to sell it for $150 less than it retails, you might as well unwrap it and give it a go because even if it's ridden you could sell it for more than you're asking. A lot of the country still hasn't gotten the opportunity to get out and ride, so not many people have had a chance to demo it let alone decide they want a new board.

Yeah thats why I figured it hasnt sold yet. I have a board that I am happy with right now and plan to continue riding it. Just figured someone would give this a go for the price without demoing one first. Hell, someone could buy it, ride it, and still get their money back on it even used like you said.

So has anyone ridden the new 2015 timebomb. It sounds like it has changed a lot.
