Blair, looks like you got a very nice area And I bet the prices are reasonable to live in that area.
Barry, these areas list all the crimes that have been reported in the last several months and is up to date, I would definitely use it before I buy a property.
I was talking to a person whose sister lived in burkley, where a 3/2 single level house cost 550k AND they have burglaries and assaults right down the street!
I guess some areas just have to be gated, then the cost is even higher.
