I am currently in Aberdeen Wa getting an injector replaced on my truck but should be mobile again soon.
Would love to get out for a warm up session Friday for those that are bringing boats.

Think there will be two or three boats around Friday. Once you are settled in wander down to the houseboats.. Maybe with a cold bubbly beverage or two...
Will be there with our boat a blue and white 226. Think a couple others will be there too.....
hope to arrive about noon.

NOTE:
It seems there are several folks coming out that are not signed up just to be on the lake during the event. That is just fine, but I am going to ask that you please stay clear and allow the event boats to have clear water. The reason for that is that one of the benefits of this event is that it is OFF season and we have glass. People are traveling and spending lots of $$ to do that.
I KNOW its a public lake and all of that, but I think this is unique because it is this event that is drawing people their, its not like we are asking people that just happen to be there. I would hate to have to make the polar bear event be in some secrete undisclosed location. ;-)
Anyway, I just want to give everyone a good ride and a great time. If you are coming to hang out and surf on your own, please be cool, there is plenty of room on the lake and our event boats have to stay in one area.
Thanks.

Absolutely Ragboy. That should go without saying. Stay clear of the boats in the event. There is plenty of water out there to explore.

I know its like a cliche, but I am going to say it anyway. Best Polar Bear yet! The boats were awesome, and everyone had a good time.
Its going to take a while to compile video and reviews and such, but I will start posting some of the AMAZING video I have right away, some quickies.
I want to specially thank all that helped, and a HUGE thanks to the Harringtons and the Woodards. They took the event to the next level for the love of the sport. This event would not have happened without them.
MAN, do I have some amazing video and pics.... 240 FPS from 6 feet away in a chase boat is like wake porn.

Like Robert siad it was AMAZING.
We were not actually a participant of the event. We went up to hang out and meet people and help out where we could. We meet so many super cool and awesome people.
Saturday we took out a factory rider for Victoria skim boards ( Mitch also a friend of mine) and his boss (Kyle). We surfed all day and my daughter got to try some of their boards. At the end of the day Kyle handed Allie my daughter a brand new board (the one she liked the best). Told her have fun and enjoy. I couldn't believe it. She is super stoked about getting out as soon as possible again.
Thanks to everyone who put on this event, It was great to meet you all.
Can't wait to see the videos and reviews.

Had a Blast. Man do I enjoying meeting new people.
The boats were fantastic....
Boards just didn't end.....
New friends, old ones, new riders, team riders, big people, small people, you name it they were here. I loved it.
Don, thank you for your help. Ya showed up ( with a beautiful boat by the way) family birthday weekend and all. Then ya mingled, offered to help just because ya have a helpful heart and bam, doing favors allowing the event to not skip a beat. Everyone who ate lunch did so because of your help. No one knew that but all appreciated it!
Great story about the board.
Looking forward to the videos. Maybe a Chugg wipe out edit is in order........that was classic

As someone actively searching for a more surf specific boat, I can say that I left there better educated for sure and met some cool people along the way.

Everyone involved with the event did a fantastic job! If you love wakesurfing, then you need to make sure you get out to this event in the future. It's amazing.
The Christman family is one of the best families in wake, I mean the world. They always take care of me and give me some of the most fun pulls every time. And those little slider sandwiches were crazy good.
I hope everyone had a great time. I can wait to read the reviews!
