Sorry to bring this back up, but after riding the Ronix One Skimmer I wasn't impressed. I had the same problem with it pearling everytime you went to throw a 3. I bought a smaller .9" fin for the back to match the fakie fin up front. The way the board handles is so much better now. It actually rides like a skimmer and doesn't pearl when throwing spins. That huge fin in the back is what was tripping the board up, why they put it on there in the first place is beyond me.
Also rode the P5 Danielo Carbon. The handling characteristics are pretty similar to the Ronix One, but it's a bit of a step up. If you're used to the One and want something that has a bit more performance but the same type of feel, then it'd be a solid choice. Try swapping the fin out of the One first though, it's a $10 fix that totally changes the way the board behaves.
