I just wanted to take a second to let everyone know how great an experience I had with customer service from Ronix and Evo Gear. I had a Ronix Ibex that was out of warranty that snapped right down the middle. I contacted Evo Gear, the company I bought the board from, and they worked with Ronix to get me a new board. Ronix stepped up and replaced my board with a new one. This was a completely different experience than the miserable experience I had with Hyperlite when my Parks board delaminated. Thanks again; I'll certainly be a repeat customer for both Ronix and Evo after that experience.
