Okay this is what I was told by my Marine machanic where I bought my boat. You pull the kill switch at the driver cockpit. (You know the red bungy cord thing that you never attach to yourself that is under your throttle.) Then you have someone ready with the needle nose pliers and have hold of the Impeller. Then have someone turn the key as if you are turning the engine on and because of the kill switch is pulled the engine does a slight turn over causing the impeller to move a bit and it comes out as you pull with the pliers. I haven't tried this, but make sure you have that kill switch pulled or those pliers and you are going for a ride. Like I said I have not tried this, but I trust my mechanic.
