As some of you have joked on here about my recent Bass fishing Pro status, that and not having "the same crew" to ride with has left a void of wakeboarding for the past couple years. I Had my first real set behind a weighted boat (My MC205) in almost a year. So I am in TIP TOP Fishin shape (meaning I can stand on the front of my bass boat ALL DAY LONG)But 4 minutes into my set today I realized how out of wakeboard shape I am. I still ride my BMX at my indoor skatepark(Ramp Rats) but I was so winded I had to persevere through a 30 minute set. I managed to stick over 10 different spins and inverts. Stoked. My friend had a more humbling experience but we were both Glad we went out. $60 got us in the water for a little over 2 hours. $60 for 2 hours!!! CRAZY!!!!!!! But I hope to make regualr sets on the Petaluma River weekday in the A.M. if anybody wants to lessen the gas blow for me. Walt?????? Bottomline I stil like to wakeboard but Bass Fishing is where the money(and Fun) is at. If anybody rides the Deta this weekend, watch out for a Brown Ranger, I am trying to win a new bassboat. See ya!!!!
