Thanks guys I appreciate it I actually have been rocking the BrianBASS suff most of the summer and thats what put me in mind of this playlist. Mike, I have been a die hard Hip Hop/Rap fan literally my whole life back to when it was break dancing music. I've recently gotten into House/Trance/Dance music too. But when you're just chillin and drinkin' it's hard to beat some country. I was in Vegas in June and my buddy's convinced me to go to Kenny Chesney and to my surprise it was a damn good show.

I live in Austin. If anyone follows the Austin or Texas Music scene, you will know what Texas Country is. (Same with Red Dirt music as many of the bands are from Oklahoma.) But all are in the genre of Texas Country. What I consider the only real country music left. This is the only country music you will hear around here. That and good ol country like Hank Jr, Johnny Cash, waylon and willie etc... I can't stand Nashville country. I have been in the texas country scene since the beginning and I know a lot of these guys, that are now hitting it big. A lot of it is more rock than country or more like the old school southern rock. So even those they do not like country, don't consider this country. As this is completely different. Check it out. You will have a lot more people enjoying what you are playing vs. the bubble gum, made for 40 year old divorce housewives country. Take a look here http://www.lonestarmusic.com/ Look at the top sellers. It will give you some good ideas to take a listen to or go to itunes and sample them and download them etc... My favorites. Reckless Kelly Cross Canadian Ragweed Micky and the Motorcars Bleu Edmonson Chris Knight Honeybrowne Mike Mclure (former lead singer of Great Divide, so also any old great divide) Randy Rogers band Houston Marchman Bruce Robison Charlie Robison Pat Green (old Pat Green, not the newest stuff) Cory Morrow (old stuff as well) Jason Boland Wade Bowen Stoney LaRue Rober Earl Keen Jack Ingram Django Walker (jerry jeff walkers son, so of course Jerry Jeff Walker too) Cooder Graw Kevin Fowler No Justice Roger Creager There is a ton more but all I could think of from the top of my head!! You won't find a guy who appreciates real country music more than me. But when you've got a boat full of ladies they don't really wanna here alot of Merle or Waylon. Waylon did say it best with: The only two things in life that make it worth livin' Is guitars that tune good and firm feelin' women I don't need my name in the marquis lights I got my song and I got you with me tonight. I think that is my favorite intro to any song of all time.

The best is when you can have CCR on your boat playing acoustic Now if I can find a way to tie into my 485's doing this. Tim??? We'll just make the trip to lake travis and you can work it out 4 us! LOL

CCR is a good group of guys. When I was in the Marines in California they used to come play out there. Nobody knew who they were and it would be me and my buddies at the show. That's it. They would always take on the bus for a good party. Tried to drive to L.A. with us on the bus. lol

Tanner, Super easy. You have the WS 420. So you have the aux in. We do this at a lot of shows. For instance we will be DJ'ing the Dallas Wakeboarding event this weekend in Ft. Worth. We have a mixer and some wireless mics, then we take it and will run it to my boat and another boat. DJ'ing the event and doing the announcing over the speakers. Works great. So it would be easy to do. Get Cody and the boys. And we will plan a trip!!!! We can then link a bunch of boats together and have a on the water concert. Tim Wet Sounds
