Mine left big black marks on my driveway when the wheels were fixed. Well, and down the street until all the tires blew.

Swivel - will come in handy at times when hitching up.

What wheels are you talking about?

For the tongue jack I prefer no wheel at all.

The the prop guard skid wheels fixed, definately. Those wheels will get an incredible load on them at times and you don't want the swivel being a weak point.

If you are talking about what the boat sits on then I recommend fixed bunks instead of rollers. The rollers are nice, until they stop rolling.
