i am lead to believe that the G21, G23, and the G25 all share the same beam and running surface. if that is the case, then the additional length would move the belly ballast and weight bias towards the nose, forcing the bow down, and increasing the wetted surface at a fixed speed. that would explain why the wake gets rampier as the G's grow from 21 to 25 feet. to counter that, you should be able to add extra ballast to the aft of the larger boats (or drop belly ballast) in order to make their running attitude similar to the shorter boats, thus steepening the wake. all other things being equal, changing the weight distribution should allow you to tune the wakes very similarly.
