I've dropped from a 36 to a 34 and that means my considerable collection of boardshorts are now obsolete! Aside from the obvious choice of our fine WakeWorld Board Shorts, what recommendations do y'all have? I'm more into low key colors and designs, but you never know. Let me hear what you like!

Hurley Phantom 60's or Billabong Platinum X.....watch whiskeymilitia.com and you'll find some phantoms on there for like 20 bucks. Never wore Cires...They look to long for me..
As long as you get something stretchy you'll be happy. I couldn't imagine wearing the old board shorts...Stretch is the *****!!!!

Cire and Ten-80 get my vote. Although if you get Ten-80 go with one size smaller so if you're a 34 now, get a 32 in Ten-80. Keep in mind, when you go to the Ten-80 website and select a style of shorts to look at, each style has 3 color choices.

I got an email from Oakley yesterday about them selling stuff pretty cheap. Everything I saw was under $25.00. They had 4 way stretch shorts in black that I picked up. Don't know if you will find anything you like but it is worth checking out.

Check out Bumrunners. I know that they do college boardshorts, but I am sure they would do custom shorts. They sponsor Texas Tech Wake and they are the best boardies I have ever owned. They are a long and have great 4-way stretch for a really low price compared to other stretch boardshorts. Here is the link for their website.

I'd like to try the new Cire 4 ways... but for comfort... Rip Curl Mirage Flex Freelines are basically unmatched in my book. No better boardshort on the market if you ask me.

Now that they have some with stretch, ive been debating picking up a pair. If your board shorts arent stretchy you are SERIOUSLY missing out.
Hurley had it first and I can pick them up cheap online (whiskey), I have liked the diamond dobby stretch from quiksilver and the billabong platinum x stretch is sweet.
Arent the Cires really long? Thats my concern, Im a short guy!

They are a bit longer than most, but only an inch or so. enough to make em a bit more comfortable, but not swimming in them or looking like capris
all CIRE board shorts have a 12" inseam. just measure your favorite boardies and check the difference.

Can anyone comment on how true-to-size the fits of Hurleys and Oakleys are?

What makes Cire better than other brands? I was going to pick up some Hurley Phantoms but now I'm unsure.

1. Mine dry in a matter of minutes
2. The feel/comfort
3. The color choices, havent ran into one person w/ the same shorts as I locally. I always get compliments about how they look
4. I picked up 4 pair for $100

7. Something different! I see people wearing Hurley and Nike and Fox everywhere. You kinda get a feeling of superiority knowing your shorts aren't common.

Late to the party, but you can never go wrong with CIRE. Great people great product. I just moved out of country and was very limited on what I could bring. Five (yes five) pairs came with me. As for being long, I am a short guy and think the lengh is perfect.

If you like longer board shorts, ours are on sale for only $15. Two way stretch micro-suede. And we donate all the proceeds from the sale of each pair to the Wounded Warrior Project!

I love the 4-way stretch Cire's, but don't wear them in a jacuzzi. It's definitely a unique material. I probably spent way too much time in the jacuzzi at a party and the butt of my 4-Way stretch boardshorts was shredded. So sad. That was my favorite pair of shorts!

I emailed them last night and this morning but have yet to receive a response. Did anyone else get the wrong order from them?
