I'm dying to see the rest of the videos, and not just the video of a video, I want the real thing.

How does a Dubbed TSBS9 win? Hasn't Harley landed them W2W? All the hype....this feels kinda like a let down.

"Hasn't Harley landed them W2W? "
I don't think so.
Trick of the year winners are always dubbed. I think they're looking for a combo of innovation, size, style, etc...
I persaonlly thought the back mobe 7 or heel back 1080 would win. I thought that Osmosis spin was pretty dope too.

Harley has landed HEEL back 9s off the wake. No one else has ever done a ts bs 9. Biggest ts bs spin before this was Shane Bonifay's ts bs 7 years back.
I thought Steele's bs 10 was insanely huge and clean.
Aaron Rathy's osmosis 7 was nothing but beauty and perfection.
Randy's hs mute 9 was the sickest looking trick of the bunch - standing out as always.
I was super surprised to see Ruck in the running. I certainly didn't expect him to be busting out a double at the cable. I thought it looked f*cking sick. I'm glad to see he's still ripping hard.

Right on. It just looks funny to see this together:
Women: TS900
Men: TSBS900
Obviously a big difference in those two tricks, but I had to kinda chuckle when I saw it turned out that way. I'm pretty dissapointed to see two spins at the top myself.

I'm with Charles. Without taking credit away from the winners and the spinners, I was really hoping everyone would be over spins for a bit and start rocking double flips. I guess there were three double flips in the running, but I wanted a winner. Oh well, maybe next year?

Yeah, but you have to appreciate the difficulty of a Toe back 900. Shane just landed the first toe back 7 three years ago.

Oh without a doubt that trick is just as hard, if not harder (in that you have to use proper technique to get the spin going, where a double flip can be just hucked to a certain extent), I'm just a huge fan of double flips.

I liked 2 of Randalls tricks in the video. Seeing a 9 out into the flats was cool and that front roll was HUGE!

i would have liked a heel back 9 from harley more, but the toe back 9 is pretty sick.

I did notice that Steel was almost to the top of his pop when he initiated the spinning process. Insane to watch that slow motion reel.

I'm not sure why there is discontent. There were so many sick tricks in there, but the toe back 9 was clearly the class of that field. We've been talking about that trick for almost a full decade and it finally went down.
I remember before Danny had hit 10s to get the ball rolling everybody kept saying that "a 10 would be great, but a toe back 9 would be the chit". That was true then and it's still true now.
